TokenMonitor is designed to process ChatGPT conversation content locally in the user’s browser in order to measure token usage, display context-risk signals, and support user-initiated conversation saving and export features.
TokenMonitor does not transmit ChatGPT conversation content to Soleant’s servers.
TokenMonitor does not transmit the following to Soleant’s servers:
TokenMonitor uses local browser storage only for a limited set of extension state, such as:
If the user chooses to save or export a conversation, that action is performed locally on the user’s device. Conversation content is not uploaded to Soleant’s servers as part of this feature.
TokenMonitor communicates with its official backend only for limited licensing-related purposes, such as validating license keys.
The backend does not receive ChatGPT conversation content, exported conversations, browsing history, or uploaded files.
Only the information required for license activation and validation is transmitted over HTTPS.
Payments are handled securely via Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect billing and payment information according to Stripe’s own Privacy Policy.
TokenMonitor does not store credit card data on its own servers.
After a successful purchase, an invoice may be generated using the Számlázz.hu service. Only the billing information required for invoicing and legal compliance is used for that purpose.
Billing data is not used for ChatGPT conversation analysis or monitoring.
TokenMonitor does not sell user data.
TokenMonitor does not share ChatGPT conversation content with third parties.
Any third-party services used for payments, invoicing, or license validation receive only the minimum data required for those specific functions.
TokenMonitor is designed to minimize retained data.
Conversation content processed by TokenMonitor remains local to the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses to save or export it locally.
License-related state and user preferences may remain stored locally on the device until removed by the user, the browser, or the extension.
Users remain in control of their local TokenMonitor data.
Users may remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the browser’s extension storage, subject to browser behavior and settings.
If a user chooses to save or export a conversation, that file remains under the user’s own control on their device.
